Our spring “Rock’n Readers” Reading Competition team competed in the Appalachia Intermediate Unit 8 Interscholastic Elementary Reading Competition at Forest Hills Middle / High School on Thursday, April 5th and won a Second Place ribbon! Coached by Mrs. Sheila Ulerich and Mrs. Cindy Miller, the spring team read and reviewed over 40 books since last November and competed against teams from public and private schools from across 4 counties. This year’s “Rock’n Readers” Spring Team includes: Fourth Grade: Declan Egal, Fifth Grade: Abigail Ledney, Hannah Jacob, Jude Glover, Ava Guerrieri, Elyse Watkins, Ben Bowers, Callen Miller, Cole Johnson, Julianne Barto, Kali Dirienzo.
